Tenzing Jangbu Sherpa is a 3rd generation sherpa From Khumbu Valley. Tenzing was born at the altitude of 4,000m. Tenzing is best known for his role as a Trekking Guide with notable ascents of Mount Everest (12 days), Lhotse, Ama Dablam (3 days), Jugal 5 (First Ascent), Yalung Ri, and Mount Rainier. Tenzing has made features on the British Broadcasting Channel (BBC), Nepal's Top 10 online news(Setopati), Nepal Television and has been a guest speaker for Casino Royale Charity Gala. He is also the grandson of Ang Rita Sherpa,the legendary Mountaineer (Snow Leopard) who has summited Everest 10 times without the aid of supplemental oxygen.Tenzing is currently creating opportunities for young Sherpas in the communities of Nepal,and America. His goal is reacclimating Nepalese youth with their climbing culture.
